ABOUT ME
A self-proclaimed “cool cat”, all you need to do is drop me a hot song and see me come alive. Crip-walking and two-stepping to my own rhymes, others can’t help but want to join in. With a very loud, energetic and infectious presence I am never short of something to say. It’s no wonder I considers myself “a nice guy to be around”. All this passion and energy translates into my graphic design and illustration work.
A curious and inquisitive guy, I am inspired by life around me. I love paying attention. Occasionally looking at discomfort for inspiration, as I believe that sometimes great ideas are covered in bad situations. My favourite phrase is “is’kak maar it’s alright”. Not much of a complainer, I prefer to do something about the difficult situations I encounter. Believing in my ability to turn anything into a positive.
I am really just a friendly, nice, young man who wants to get married one day and settle down. I am halfway there, playing doting and proud father to my three year old son. Self taught graphic designer/illustrator, recruit at Umuzi Academy 2015 and aspiring illustrator /cartoonist. Founder of Gaffd Republic street gear and now also Junior ART DIRECTOR and Graphic Designer at J Walter Thompson Johannesburg.
